Job summary
American International Group (AIG) is seeking a Principal Engineer for Privileged Access Management to own the PAM architecture and roadmap. You will design and implement enterprise IAM infrastructure, focusing on CyberArk Idira vaulting, integrations with Entra ID/AD, cloud IAM, SIEM, and ticketing systems, while ensuring compliance and secure account lifecycle management.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of IT experience designing, developing and supporting PAM solutions.
- Experience deploying and configuring Idira/CyberArk connectors (AD, Azure AD, servers, databases, mainframe).
- Familiar with SDLC and Agile development methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Own the PAM technical architecture, platform standards, and engineering roadmap.
- Architect integrations between PAM and Entra ID/AD, SIEM, cloud IAM, ServiceNow and CI/CD.
- Configure and deploy vaults, safes, platforms, workflows, and connectors for IAM lifecycle protection.
- Manage integrations from PAM with servers, databases, mainframes and other apps.
- Stay current with IAM best practices and drive process improvements.
