Job summary

JPMorgan Chase in Bellevue, WA seeks a Vice President, Private Wealth Planner to deliver holistic, goals-based financial planning as part of Wealth Management's Planning Center of Excellence.

You will partner with advisors and clients, use Wealth Plan software to guide discovery and produce reports focusing on goals and asset allocation.

Requires CFP, Series 7/66, 5+ years in wealth planning, willingness to travel; this role offers a comprehensive total rewards package.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in financial services including financial planning and wealth management.
• Bachelor's degree and CFP (or equivalent) required.
• Ability to understand clients' financial situations and communicate planning concepts clearly.
• Willingness to travel among branches and offices.
• Strong ethical standards and client-focused advisory approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide unbiased customized wealth and financial planning advice to clients and prospective clients at scale
• Educate the integrated team about the value Wealth Planning can bring to a relationship; PWP will act as the linchpin to allow J.P. Morgan to provide clients with holistic financial planning advice to better serve their needs
• Engage with clients in financial planning, basic tax, trust and estate planning, retirement, educational, and philanthropic planning, risk management, and asset allocation.
• Structure and present financial plans/presentations in a simple to understand conversational manner
• Promote J.P. Morgan's knowledge and sophistication to outside centers of influence, primarily accountants and attorneys
• Work with the integrated team to develop business opportunities with new and existing clients
• Travel among branches and offices as needed
