Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Client Associate for the J.P. Morgan Advisors division in New York. You will support Financial Advisors by managing client onboarding, maintaining accounts, and delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

You will interact directly with clients and advisors to propose investment solutions, execute trades, and coordinate across services and digital platforms. A strong emphasis on regulatory compliance and client relationship building is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Proven ability to be a self-starter and own tasks end-to-end.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.

Responsibilities

• Own the client onboarding and account maintenance for new and existing clients, collecting documents and providing quotes.
• Interface with clients and Financial Advisors to make investment recommendations and execute trades.
• Provide support across Advisor Services, Wealth Planning, Goal Based planning, liabilities planning, and digital offerings.
• Perform daily administrative and operational duties that support Financial Advisors and clients, including money transfers and portfolio review prep.
• Serve as a liaison between the Financial Advisor team, branch management, compliance and other business units.
