Job summary

CIBC US is seeking a Senior Audit Manager for the Private Wealth Audit team. The role focuses on independent assurance across trust, RIA, and personal banking components, with leadership in complex audits and relationship building with business partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive internal audit experience in a large U.S. bank, wealth management firm, or RIA.
• Strong wealth management risk expertise across investments, advisory, and trust activities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present to stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently in complex environments; strong project management skills.
• Professional certification such as CFA or CFIRS is a plus; securities licenses are assets.
• Willingness to travel up to 15%.
