Job summary

JCW Group in Tampa is seeking a Client Advisor to service an established book of high-net-worth clients and provide comprehensive financial planning.

You will lead client meetings, develop retirement, estate, tax, cash flow, and risk plans, and coordinate with investment and operations teams to deliver exceptional service. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in wealth management and CFP designation preferred.

Qualifications

5+ years in wealth management or financial planning.
Experience servicing high-net-worth individuals and families.
Strong financial planning knowledge across retirement, estate, tax, cash flow and risk planning.
Excellent communication and relationship-management skills.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary advisor and point of contact for HNW clients and families.
Manage and strengthen existing client relationships.
Develop and deliver comprehensive financial plans including retirement, estate, tax, cash flow and risk planning.
Prepare for and lead client meetings and ongoing planning reviews.
Develop actionable recommendations based on clients’ goals and circumstances.
Coordinate with investment, operations, and internal teams to deliver high-level service.
Identify additional planning needs and opportunities within the client base.
Ensure timely follow-through on client requests, recommendations and deliverables.
