Job summary

Truist is seeking a Senior Private Equity & Credit Analyst in Dallas to lead sourcing, due diligence, and ongoing monitoring of private capital opportunities across PE, private credit, real assets, and co-investments. You will act as a private markets SME and collaborate with Private Capital, product partners, and advisors to educate clients and support allocations.

The role requires deep expertise in manager research, due diligence, and portfolio construction, with the ability to present

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in manager research/due diligence of private capital funds including investment due diligence (IDD), operational due diligence (ODD) or hedge fund research.
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, statistics, economics or related field.

Responsibilities

Lead or co-lead sourcing, due diligence, underwriting and monitoring of private capital opportunities.
Coordinate development of Truist’s private capital platform across bank and brokerage wealth channels.
Lead business development through client meetings and private markets presentations; provide advisor and client education.
Provide strategic advisory on portfolio construction and asset allocation.
Represent the Private Capital team at internal and external client events to share insights on private markets.
