This senior role emphasizes execution in a high-volume, sponsor- and lender-driven environment, without a large origination book, and involves leading structuring, drafting, negotiation and closing.

You will supervise associates and collaborate with private equity, investment management and restructuring teams to deliver sophisticated transactions

Qualifications

• Significant private credit/middle-market experience.
• Strong execution and deal-structuring capability.
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior deal counsel on middle-market private credit transactions.
• Lead transaction structuring, drafting, negotiation, and closing.
• Manage multiple concurrent deals in a fast-paced environment.
• Supervise and mentor associates and junior lawyers.
• Maintain quality and responsiveness across high deal volume.
• Collaborate with private equity, investment management, and restructuring teams.
