Bishop Fleming is seeking a talented Personal Tax Manager to join our expanding tax team. This role focuses on delivering tax compliance and advisory services to a diverse client base, from owner-managed businesses to high-net-worth individuals.

You may be stepping up from Assistant Manager or taking on a new challenge as a Manager within an environment that supports your growth. You will work closely with the Senior Management team to provide strategic tax planning and development for trainees,

Qualifications

• Experience in private client/personal tax environment
• Excellent communicator who builds strong relationships with clients
• Great people manager who develops and coaches their teams
• Keen to contribute towards Bishop Fleming's growth

Responsibilities

• Provide tax compliance and advisory services to business owners, property landlords and high-net-worth individuals
• Lead capital tax planning including inheritance tax, succession planning and trusts
• Oversee remuneration planning including share incentivisation schemes
• Support and coach trainee tax accountants
