Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Private Banker for the U.S. Private Bank in the Chicago area. The role focuses on advising families on building, preserving and managing wealth, using investments, credit and banking knowledge to advise current clients and acquire new assets.

You will work with a local team and leverage the institutional platform to help clients achieve their goals, while adhering to risk and regulatory guidelines and delivering exceptional client experiences.

Qualifications

• Six plus years of work experience in Private Banking or Financial Services.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Series 7, 66 and Insurance licenses required; unlicensed candidates may apply but must obtain licenses within 90 days of start date.
• Proven sales success and strong business acumen.
• Strong community presence with an established network.
• Experience or understanding of investments, wealth planning, credit and banking concepts.
• Focus on the client experience and acting on clients' behalf.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain relationships with clients by understanding needs and delivering an exceptional client experience.
• Generate business results and acquire new assets from existing clients and new acquisition.
• Advise clients on overall balance sheet including asset allocation, investments, wealth planning, credit and banking needs.
• Partner with internal specialists to provide interdisciplinary expertise to clients when needed.
• Connect clients across all lines of business within JPMorgan Chase & Co.
