Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in private banking or related wealth management work.
• Proven track record in relationship selling and UHNW client coverage.

Responsabilités

• Actively identify prospects and convert them into clients.
• Understand clients’ businesses and wealth sources for planning.
• Anticipate events with significant financial implications for clients.
• Serve as trusted advisor on strategic financial matters.
• Build multi-generational relationships with Citi Private Bank clients.
• Manage client expectations regarding execution scope.
• Maintain understanding of client goals and risk tolerance for suitable strategies.
• Coordinate with product experts to deliver long-term solutions.
• Develop tailored investment, risk management, and liquidity plans.
• Set goals, monitor progress, and adjust plans to grow revenue.
• Prioritize daily activities to maximize revenue growth and satisfaction.
• Establish referrals to generate new client introductions.
• Close deals in line with client interests and Citi policies.
• Foster team development and cross-team collaboration for client outcomes.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and strong control environment.
