Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in privacy, data protection, and IT law with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong ability to review, draft, and negotiate technology agreements and data contracts.
• Knowledge of city, state, and federal privacy and cybersecurity requirements.

Responsibilities

• Attend meetings, conferences, and workshops as required or needed.
• Supervise legal and administrative staff to ensure quality and compliance.
• Provide timely legal advice on compliance, contracting, procurement, and related matters.
• Advise on privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA) and technology contracts.
• Draft, review, and negotiate IT and data processing agreements; coordinate with IT units.
