The role focuses on shaping data protection controls across data, product, and infrastructure, including privacy impact assessments and threat modeling for high-risk processing.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of software engineering experience with 3+ years in privacy or data protection.
• Proven ability to translate regulatory requirements into engineering specs.

Responsibilities

• Lead privacy-by-design reviews for new features and architecture, embedding privacy controls early.
• Drive compliance with GDPR/CCPA and global privacy frameworks in product platforms.
• Evaluate privacy risks in ML pipelines and model outputs.
• Build privacy-preserving analytics and PETs across systems.
