Job summary

Crowe seeks a Privacy Senior Consultant to lead and support privacy programs for client engagements across regulatory regimes, including GDPR, CCPA, and LGPD. You will design, assess, and operationalize privacy technologies, mentor junior staff, and communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Travel up to 60% is expected.

This role requires strong writing, project management, and the ability to translate complex requirements into practical controls.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of total professional experience, including at least 2 years delivering privacy gap assessments or privacy technology implementation.
• Strong working knowledge of privacy regulations & key principles (GDPR, CCPA, LGPD) and privacy frameworks (NIST Privacy Framework).
• Bachelor's degree.
• One or more relevant professional certifications (e.g. CIPP, CIPM, CIPT, CISSP, CISA).
• Experience developing or supporting integrations between technology platforms and enterprise systems, including writing scripts and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement privacy processes, governance models, and technology-enabled solutions.
• Configure privacy technology platforms for capabilities such as consumer rights management, data inventories, consent management, and third-party risk monitoring.
• Map data flows and systems to identify privacy risks and required controls.
• Translate regulatory requirements into practical operational controls, procedures, and technical solutions.
• Lead or support privacy assessments and reporting; mentor junior consultants.
