Job summary

Crowe is seeking a Privacy Senior Consultant to join our Privacy, Data Protection, and Compliance team in the United States. You will design, assess, and operationalize privacy programs addressing evolving regulatory requirements and data protection risks for client organizations.

You will lead or support privacy gap assessments, implement privacy technology platforms, and mentor junior staff while delivering high-impact engagements. Domestic travel up to 60% may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of total professional experience, including at least 2 years delivering privacy gap assessments or privacy technology implementations.
• Strong working knowledge of privacy regulations (GDPR/CCPA/LGPD) and privacy frameworks (NIST Privacy Framework).
• Proven ability to manage engagements from planning through reporting with limited oversight.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support privacy consulting engagements for diverse clients across industries.
• Design and operate privacy programs addressing consumer rights, data inventories, consent management, and risk monitoring.
• Translate regulatory requirements into practical controls, procedures, and technical solutions.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to team development and knowledge sharing.
• Prepare clear documentation, reports, and client-facing deliverables on schedule.
