Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in print or surface design, preferably in fashion, accessories, or home goods.
• Exceptional illustration skills across a range of styles.
• Leadership experience managing and mentoring a design team.
• Experience sourcing, collaborating with, and managing freelance artists.
• Ability to develop seasonal print direction and cohesive print stories.
• Strong understanding of composition, color, and repeat pattern development.
• Experience working with production teams to meet technical and cost constraints.

Responsibilities

• Drive the design process from concept to final execution with the Head of Product.
• Create artwork across painting, digital illustration, and other mediums.
• Manage a team of 2-3 print designers.
