You’ll transform stock photos into compelling visuals, craft cohesive color palettes from complex logos, and tailor concepts for several channels with thoughtful balance of aesthetics and strategy.

You will operate in a remote-capable role with strong emphasis on accountability, clear documentation, and excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Support mid-level designers through critique, mentorship, and shared best practices
• Knead a clumsy stock photo into something that feels shot for CarePoint Health Systems
• Pull a coherent palette from a logo three agencies already over-touched
• Map where Creativity and Negotiation overlap, then live in that messy middle
• Adapt master concepts into channel-specific formats and aspect ratios
• Tighten a loose deck until every slide earns its place in the remote pitch
