You will collaborate with mills, printers, and internal teams to convert designs into production-ready files, while maintaining color accuracy and timely approvals across development timelines.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of print design experience in apparel or textiles.
• Production-ready artwork including repeats and engineered layouts.
• Proficiency in Illustrator and Photoshop; textile CAD experience.
• Strong color balance and colorway development.
• Knowledge of print methods and artwork prep.
• Experience reviewing strike-offs/lab dips and communicating color corrections.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Create development-ready artwork with repeats and production-ready files.
• Review strike-offs, lab dips, and proofs; mark corrections and drive approvals.
• Collaborate with mills and vendors on feasibility, minimums, and specs.
• Partner with design, product development, and production to align prints with calendars.
• Maintain organized print/CAD library with version control.
