Qualifications

• Bachelor's in STEM with 4 years of experience in Mechanical, Design, Tooling, Manufacturing, Die, Product, Mechanical or similar OR Master's in STEM with 3+ years OR PhD in STEM.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Clearance prior to starting
• Ability to obtain and maintain Special Program Access prior to starting
• Experience with Solid modeling experience or similar (NX Preferred)
• Experience with manufacturing processes
• Experience written and oral communication skills
• Experience with 2D drawing preparation
• Experience with GD&T practice and implementation

Responsibilities

• Create 3D models and 2D drawings for tooling and fixtures.
• Design safe and manufacturable tooling for production or testing.
• Lead design reviews (30/60/90%).
• Collaborate with internal customers on new and existing programs.
