ARCHER is seeking a senior technical leader to guide architecture and delivery of production AI/ML systems, platforms, and infrastructure in New York. You will drive evaluation, observability, and cost optimization while mentoring engineers and shaping technical strategy across teams.

The role requires expertise in Python, SQL, distributed systems, data pipelines, and modern AI frameworks to deliver scalable solutions from concept to production.

Qualificações

• 12+ years of software engineering experience, including 6+ years building and deploying production AI/ML, optimization, or other model-driven applications.
• Candidates need strong Python and SQL skills, experience with production systems, APIs or distributed systems, data pipelines, Docker and Kubernetes, and a record of leading complex technical solutions through deployment and ongoing improvement.
