Qualifications

• PhD plus 5–7+ years industry experience.
• Leadership of teams and projects required.
• Experience with phage, yeast, or mammalian display; strong NGS and antibody library construction knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead antibodies using phage and yeast display with ML-guided library evolution.
• Design diverse antibody libraries for lead identification and maturation.
• Implement AI-accelerated hit identification and automated workflows.
• Publish findings and present to internal and external audiences.
