Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, economics, business or related field or equivalent experience.
• Typically five or more years in a related field.
• Experience with regulatory filings, tariffs, and regulatory advocacy is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develops revenue requirement for general rate cases and supports pricing structures.
• Advocates with regulators and external stakeholders; prepares testimony and filings.
• Performs regulatory strategy work and advises on impacts to earnings and customers.
• Provides internal consulting on regulatory matters and interacts with other departments.
• Oversees compliance and mentors junior analysts.
