Job summary

Northrop Grumman Corp. (JP) in Baltimore, MD seeks a Principal / Sr. Principal Quality Analyst to join our Mission Systems team. The role is 100% onsite and requires US citizenship with the ability to obtain a Secret Clearance. Travel up to 25% is anticipated to support cross-functional activities.

The ideal candidate will lead quality assurance, implement corrective actions, and mentor peers while collaborating with engineering and manufacturing to uphold strict standards.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with SAP
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.
• US Citizenship required

Responsibilities

• Develops, modifies, applies and maintains quality evaluation and control systems and protocols for processing materials into finished products.
• Collaborates with engineering and manufacturing functions to ensure quality standards are in place.
• Devises and implements methods and procedures for inspecting, testing and evaluating the precision and accuracy of products and production equipment.
• Compiles matrices for executive management meeting i.e. State-Of-Cell.
• Implements Principles and Operating Practices to fit quality objectives and scope.
