Job summary

Norton is seeking a Senior Principal Product Manager to own Norton VPN and the portfolio of standalone point solutions—driving growth, acquisition, and market share while reinforcing Norton 360. This role leads a multi-product portfolio with commercial rigor and ecosystem thinking.

Location: NYC, onsite 3 days per week. You will partner with engineering, design, data science, and security teams to deliver high-impact, measurable outcomes across the VPN and related products.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-product portfolios.
• Strong ownership of roadmap and metrics.
• Experience with GTM and growth strategies.

Responsibilities

• VPN Growth, Acquisition & Market Strategy: own roadmap and growth for VPN and expand market share.
• Point Solutions Portfolio Management: own Genie, PMA, NUU/NDU and more as growth engines.
• Ecosystem Integration & N360 Funnel: connect standalone products to the Norton 360 ecosystem.
• Cross-Functional Execution: collaborate with engineering, design, data science and marketing.
• Analytical Rigor & Performance Management: define metrics and drive data-driven decisions.
