Qualifications

We're looking for an AI-native PM — someone who uses modern AI tools to move faster, go deeper, and ship more than a traditional PM possibly could. Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to accelerate spec drafting, edge-case analysis, and documentation — while keeping final judgment, framing, and prioritization firmly in your hands * **Drive the roadmap** for assigned features, ensuring alignment with company objectives and timelines * **Collect and integrate feedback** from subject matter experts, internal stakeholders, and users. Use AI to synthesize user interviews, support tickets, reviews, and survey data at scale, surfacing themes and insights faster than manual review allows * **Conduct research** on industry best practices, competitor approaches, and emerging trends to inform product decisions. Leverage AI-powered research tools (e.g., Perplexity, ChatGPT, Claude) to accelerate competitive teardowns, market scans, and trend analysis * **Collaborate closely** with internal design, engineering, and data teams to deliver seamless user experiences. Use AI-assisted prototyping tools (e.g., v0, Lovable, Figma AI, Cursor, Replit Agent) to bring ideas to life quickly and make cross-functional conversations more concrete * **Analyze product data and user behavior** to identify areas for improvement and report actionable findings. Leverage AI-assisted analytics and SQL-generation tools to get to insight faster, without waiting on a data queue * **Stay hands-on** throughout the product lifecycle, from ideation to execution, ensuring quality and performance.
