Responsibilities

• Engage with ecosystem developers to understand how Circle can support them, convert those insights into a roadmap and get products to market.
• Own the product vision, feature set, and roadmap to take these developer products from 0 to 1, involving a mix of off‑chain and on‑chain protocols.
• Deep dive and stay up‑to‑date on the frontier of blockchain technologies—account abstraction, smart contracts, intents, etc., and contribute to EIPs.
• Define what a great developer experience is for both seasoned developers and those writing their first smart contract.
• Work with multiple internal stakeholders—including legal, compliance, treasury, and marketing—to bring products to market.

Qualifications

• More than 15 years of product management experience, having evolved product portfolios that attracted meaningful customer adoption and generated significant revenue.
• Owned product strategy for complex commercial products, preferably in crypto, identifying and managing associated risks.
• Mentored other product managers and demonstrated experience influencing partners and executives to achieve results.

Compensation

Base Pay Range: $212,500 - $272,500
