This person will serve as the engineering leader for the AI Next Frontier (AINF) Workbench initiative. This role will be responsible for defining and executing the technical strategy, architecture, engineering standards, and platform capabilities that power the future of AI-driven marketing, content, insights, and commercialization experiences across Innovative Medicine.
The AINF Workbench represents a strategic enterprise platform that unifies AI-powered capabilities including content generation, market research, insights-to-impact, content review, agentic workflows, and future autonomous marketing operations into a single, connected ecosystem. The successful candidate will lead the design and implementation of the Workbench platform and AI Core capabilities that enable reusable services, agent orchestration, governed AI execution, and scalable expansion across brands and therapeutic areas.
Our enterprise way of working for office-based employees provides for individuals to work up to 2 days virtual and at least 3 days at their primary work location per week.
Do you thrive working with ambiguity and being able to shape industry-leading design patterns and world-class experiences? Are you ready to own the services that power all of our content & marketing experiences and help craft the next-gen vision for building even more hyper-personalized experiences for our customers? If yes, then this role may be for you!
The role will own the evolution of the Workbench from initial release through enterprise scale, ensuring that each new capability strengthens the platform through reusable services, common frameworks, and governed engineering patterns. A critical objective of this role is creating a durable platform where investments compound over time through shared services, standardized interfaces, reusable agents, and connected AI workflows.
This individual will serve as the technical counterpart to product and business leadership, translating the AINF vision into a scalable engineering ecosystem capable of supporting future-state workflows that connect market research, insights generation, content creation, content review, optimization, and autonomous execution without fragmented handoffs or isolated solutions.
