Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline with 10+ years of clinical research or medical device experience, or an advanced degree with 8+ years of experience.
• Demonstrated experience independently leading complex clinical studies or development programs.
• Proven ownership of study strategy, execution, timelines and outcomes.
• Strong study management in regulated health care, life sciences, or medical device environments.
• Experience presenting to senior leadership and executive audiences.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to drive outcomes in a highly matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and oversight of complex clinical studies and development programs.
• Provide strategic leadership for large clinical studies and ensure objectives are met.
• Manage multiple studies and workstreams with competing priorities.
• Develop evidence generation strategies for regulatory, commercial, and product goals.
• Collaborate with Clinical, R&D, Regulatory, Quality, Medical Affairs, Marketing and other stakeholders.
• Serve as liaison with investigators, external partners, and stakeholders.
