• Lead incubation, development, prototyping, and promotion of innovative mechanical concepts and designs.
• Engage ODMs and technology partners to solve complex challenges and generate IP.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, analysis, documentation, and validation of mechanical components, assemblies and assigned product platforms.
• Develop and test mechanical prototypes, conducting analysis, debugging, and engineering validation to ensure product performance and reliability.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with suppliers and teams including electrical engineering, manufacturing, quality, marketing, and industrial design to support successful product development.
• Apply advanced engineering tools and methodologies to create innovative solutions for complex mechanical design challenges.
• Manage mechanical tooling, qualification processes, and product deliverables, ensuring program milestones, schedules, and quality requirements are achieved.
