RTX is seeking a skilled professional to join our onsite team in Tucson supporting critical defense programs. You will communicate technical program status to leadership, identify issues, and coordinate with multiple engineering teams to ensure alignment and progress toward milestones.

You will guide cross‑functional engineers through development and production phases, ensuring outputs meet rigorous standards and security requirements. A current security clearance is required.

• Active and transferable U.S. government security clearance required.

• Communicate to Raytheon leadership to provide technical program status, accomplishments, issues, and help needed, while influencing the IPTs/CPTs to ensure appropriate and effective program alignment and teamwork. Provide guidance to multiple teams of multi-disciplined engineers in support of product development and production.
