Job summary

IronEagleX is seeking a Senior Principal Intelligence Analyst to infuse AI-enabled tools into analytic processes, translating mission requirements into practical AI use cases for intelligence workflows. You will collaborate with data scientists and engineers to deliver AI-assisted analytic products that are validated, explainable, and aligned with tradecraft standards.

The role requires current TS/SCI with CI poly, 10+ years of related experience, and on-site work in Crystal City, VA with travel

Qualifications

• Experience in all-source intelligence analysis and multi-discipline analysis.
• Familiarity with intelligence tradecraft, analytic standards, sourcing, confidence levels, and SATs.
• Proficiency with Python for workflow automation in notebooks, Streamlit, or similar tech.

Responsibilities

• Integrate AI-enabled capabilities into intelligence workflows to improve research and reporting.
• Assist analysts in validating outputs, source evaluation, confidence, and analytic rigor.
• Collaborate with analysts, data scientists, engineers to design AI-assisted solutions.
