As a Senior Principal Engineering Technologist (Electrical Engineering), you'll lead the electrical architecture and technical strategy for next-generation laptop platforms while guiding engineering teams through all phases of product development. You'll drive advanced investigations, technology assessments, and prototype development, ensuring alignment with product architecture, business objectives, and long-term platform strategy.
In this role, you'll collaborate closely with cross-functional leaders and engineering teams to identify and resolve technical risks, maintain clear paths to productization, and deliver high-performance, reliable, and cost-effective solutions across Dell's commercial, consumer, and workstation laptop portfolio. You will also leverage data, dashboards, and engineering insights to improve development predictability, product performance, and execution efficiency, helping drive innovation and successful product outcomes.
