Responsibilities

• Provide engineering oversight and design assessments for payloads and countermeasures.
• Review prime contractor designs, plans, and procedures for technical accuracy.
• Analyze target instrumentation layouts and testing methodologies.
• Support Milestone reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR, FRB, MRB, PAR) with technical input.
• Lead cross-agency TIMs and answer inquiries from external MDA organizations.
• Collaborate with cost analysts and schedulers to align delivery and budgets.
• Adhere to security requirements and ensure program milestones are met.
