RTX is seeking a Senior Principal Electrical Engineer TechLead to join our Test Solutions team onsite in Fort Wayne, Indiana. You will design, integrate, and deploy missile test systems in a lab environment with cross‑functional engineers and external partners.
This role requires a DoD Secret clearance (ability to obtain interim clearance) and a minimum of ten years in test system engineering, including hardware and software development and integration.

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
