Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Sr. Principal Classified Cybersecurity Analyst to support information systems lifecycle activities at our Linthicum, MD site. This on-site role requires active Secret clearance and CISSP or CISM certification.

You will manage cybersecurity programs, conduct audits, coordinate A&A documentation, and lead government testing efforts while ensuring compliance with RMF and related standards; travel may be required for assessments and inspections.

Qualifications

• Master's degree with 6+ years of relevant experience OR Bachelor's with 8+ years OR Associate's with 10+ years; HS diploma with 12 years experience may be considered.
• U.S. Government 8140 requirements for Sr. Principal Cybersecurity Analyst – CISSP or CISM; certification maintained as a condition of employment.
• Current U.S. Government Secret security clearance (closed investigation date within last 6 years) OR enrolled in CE Program; clearance maintained as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the cybersecurity program of all assigned information systems and execute cybersecurity-related tasks.
• Lead regular reviews of system audits and continuous monitoring to enhance security posture.
• Perform assessments to identify deviations from policy and advise on safeguards.
• Drive government policy implementation, process tailoring, and documentation.
• Lead Security Test & Evaluation (ST&E) activities and reports.
• Prepare A&A documentation (SSP, ROE, Plan of Actions) for review and approval.
