Nightwing CODEX seeks a Senior Principal Cyber Engineer to lead technical efforts, mentor engineers, and coordinate with clients on secure cybersecurity solutions. The role combines hands-on engineering with leadership and client interaction, including travel to test events and on-site deployments.

Candidates must hold TS/SCI clearance and typically have a STEM degree with 10+ years of engineering experience, plus strong skills in C/C++, Python, and memory management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM and TS/SCI clearance.
• 10+ years engineering experience or equivalent.
• Experience with C/C++ on Unix/Linux using Make/CMake.
• Experience with Python and software tools development.
• Knowledge of networking protocols and memory management.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical efforts within cyber engineering team.
• Mentor junior engineers.
• Travel to customer sites for test events.
• Engage with clients as technical lead.
• Develop and maintain technical docs and status reports.
• Triage and resolve issues in deployments.
