Job summary

Iron EagleX, a wholly owned subsidiary of General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT), is seeking a Senior Principal Intelligence Analyst to support analytics teams in Crystal City, VA. You will conduct advanced all-source analysis while collaborating with data scientists, engineers, and analysts to improve analytic production.

You will apply expert analytic tradecraft to interpret information from multiple sources, identify patterns and gaps, and help shape data-driven approaches to mission

Qualifications

• 10+ years of related experience in intelligence, defense, or mission-focused environments.
• Strong all-source analytic tradecraft, source evaluation, and writing standards.
• US Citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct expert-level all-source analysis to produce defensible assessments, insights, and recommendations.
• Identify patterns, trends, anomalies, relationships, risks, and gaps from multiple sources.
• Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, developers, and analysts to translate questions into data requirements and measurable outcomes.
• Provide subject-matter expertise to support data models, analytic tools, and AI-enabled workflows.
• Review outputs from data science models and AI tools for relevance and mission value.
• Develop analytic methodologies combining traditional tradecraft with data-driven techniques and AI-assisted analysis.
• Identify data gaps, quality issues, and constraints affecting assessments.
