Requires a STEM degree with 10+ years of experience (or an advanced degree with 7+ years), active U.S. government secret clearance, and proficiency in Python, Matlab, C, or C++. Experience leading teams across the full technology lifecycle is essential; relocation support is available.

Qualifications

• In the absence of a degree, 14 years of relevant experience required.
• 10+ years of experience related to physical sciences, mechanical engineering, sensing and signal processing, acoustics, or a related discipline.
• Active and transferable U.S. government-issued secret security clearance required prior to start date.
• Fluent in Python, Matlab, C, or C++.
• Experience forming and leading teams through the full lifecycle of technology development.

Qualifications – You Must Have

• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 10 years of prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree with minimum 7 years of experience.
• In the absence of a degree, 14 years of relevant experience required.
• 10+ years of experience related to physical sciences, mechanical engineering, sensing and signal processing, acoustics, or a related discipline.
• Active and transferable U.S. government‑issued secret security clearance required prior to start date.
• Fluent in at least one commonly used programming language such as Python, Matlab, C, or C++.
• Experience forming and leading teams of scientists and engineers through the full lifecycle of technology development.

Qualifications – We Prefer

• PhD in physical sciences or engineering.
• Successful capture of new R&D contracts from U.S. Government customers such as DARPA, ONR, or U.S. Navy PMOs.
• Previous experience working within research and development engineering organizations.
