Job summary

WSP is seeking a Scheduler to join our Project Controls team in multiple U.S. locations including New York, Los Angeles, Seattle, or San Francisco.

You will develop and manage CPM schedules using Primavera P6 across design and construction phases, and work with project teams to produce reliable forecasts and tight, executive-ready reporting. Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience developing and managing CPM schedules in Primavera P6.
• PM/Construction related degree or equivalent.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6.
• Advanced CPM scheduling, cost and resource loading knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage CPM schedules in Primavera P6 across design and construction phases.
• Create, update, and analyze execution schedules for concurrent projects.
• Develop WBS, work packages, and activities.
• Establish baseline schedules by reviewing contracts, durations, logic, resources, and costs.
• Review schedule updates, generate reports, and analyze variances.
• Provide recommendations for schedule recovery and risk-based forecasts.
