Job summary

Humana Inc. CenterWell Senior Primary Care in Kentucky is seeking a compassionate Primary Care Physician to provide comprehensive care to seniors in an outpatient setting.

You will work on-site, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and document in Athena EMR while participating in a limited on-call rotation. Reporting to the Associate Medical Director, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care, pursue Medicare/Medicare Advantage standards, and contribute to a TB screening

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited MD or DO program from an accredited university.
• Board Certification or Eligible (ABMS or AOA) in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Geriatric Medicine.
• Current and unrestricted medical license or willing to obtain a medical license in state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive Primary Care to seniors.
• Collaborate daily with interdisciplinary team.
• Document in Athena EMR.
• Participate in on-call rotation (limited).
• Spend 100% of your time clinically focused on direct patient care, inclusive of patient facing time and general administrative time.
• You will work on-site, in an outpatient office setting.
