ChenMed, a physician-led, mission-driven primary care organization, is expanding and seeking a Primary Care Physician to join our Florida centers. The role focuses on accountable, value-based care for aging populations, with panel management up to 450 patients and a collaborative care team.

Applicants must hold an MD or DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics and a current Florida license. Competitive base pay ranges from $221,141 to $315,915 plus benefits and opportunities for

Qualifications

• MD or DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics is required.
• Current State Medical License to practice in the state.
• Board certification in related field preferred; board eligibility considered.
• Valid DEA number and BLS certification within 90 days of employment.
• Fluency in English; strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Independently provides comprehensive care for adults with acute and chronic illnesses.
• Manages patient care with accountability for outcomes and collaborates with specialists when needed.
• Engages hospitalists and care teams to coordinate inpatient and post-acute care.
• Lead care teams including medical assistants and care coordinators to deliver high-quality care.
• Participates in risk, quality, and performance improvement activities.
