You will contribute to the Continuity of Care and disease prevention efforts, while participating in a TB screening program and occasional on-call coverage.

Qualifications

• Medical degree and clinical licensure in the state.
• Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Geriatric Medicine.
• Graduated from an accredited MD or DO program.
• Prefer Internal Medicine specialty.
• Willing to participate in TB screening and limited on-call coverage.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient medical care and disease prevention.
• Maintain medical records and patient history.
• Refer patients to specialists as needed.
