Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a pricing analyst to develop and execute financial models for PBM client contracts, covering retail, mail order, and specialty rebates. You will work with PBM Sales and Account Services to optimize pricing and present analyses to executives.

A finance-related degree and advanced Excel skills are required. The role involves managing complex pricing projects in a matrix environment, delivering actionable insights, and supporting negotiations to drive revenue and margin

Qualifications

4+ years of financial analysis, pricing, or corporate underwriting experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel for complex data analysis.
Experience managing complex projects over 3–12 months in a matrix environment.
Advanced Excel modelling.
Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Finance, Mathematics, Economics, or related field; or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

Formulate pricing strategy and execute financial modeling for pricing offers including retail network, mail order, specialty, and manufacturer rebates for PBM contracts.
Collaborate with PBM Sales and Account Services to provide pricing recommendations to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
Apply advanced Excel techniques to analyze large pharmacy claims datasets and build forward-looking forecasts and P&L statements.
Present financial analyses to Executive Leadership during underwriting approval calls and support client implementations.
