CVS Health is seeking a seasoned analyst for its PBM Underwriting team in a high-level pricing role. You will formulate pricing strategies and perform financial modeling for comprehensive offers across retail, mail order, and specialty segments.

The position requires a strong background in financial analysis, pricing, and underwriting, with advanced Excel skills and the ability to communicate analyses to executives. This full-time role offers competitive pay and benefits.

Formación

• 4+ years of financial analysis, pricing, or corporate underwriting experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and modeling.
• Knowledge of PBM finance (preferred).
• Experience managing complex projects over 3–12 months in a matrix environment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills across business groups.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Master's Degree (preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Collaborating with PBM Sales and Account Services to provide recommendations on pricing and negotiation strategy to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Applying advanced Excel modeling techniques to analyze large sets of pharmacy claims data and build forward-looking financial forecasts and P&L statements.
• Presenting financial analyses to Executive Leadership during underwriting approval calls and responding to questions in real-time.
• Supporting Underwriting Managers and Sr. Managers with ad-hoc financial analyses and client implementation projects.
