Supporting proposal cost volume development, cost estimation, and departmental operations duties.Primary duties are to generate cost models and detailed pricing, develop proposal structure, and prepare cost/price responses in accordance with RFP requirements. Supporting risk and opportunity quantification and generating results of risk analyses to support bid or commitment decisions.
