Job Description

We are seeking a Presentation Designer & Visual Storyteller to support our Consumer Insights and Analytics team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about communicating ideas through presentation design. This individual is responsible for more than just how slides look, but how information is structured, sequenced, and delivered for maximum impact.

You will partner closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to transform complex data, technical concepts, and analytical insights into compelling visual narratives. This includes designing executive-level presentations, building scalable PowerPoint templates and systems, and occasionally producing lightweight video content to enhance storytelling.

This role plays a critical part in helping communicate the value and impact of our work—especially within the complex and evolving healthcare landscape. You will report to the Design Director and contribute to elevating the overall quality and consistency of visual communication across the team.

Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver high-quality, data-driven presentations that clearly communicate insights, strategies, and outcomes.
  • Translate complex data and technical concepts into compelling visual stories for executive audiences.
  • Develop scalable PowerPoint templates and reusable presentation systems.
  • Apply brand standards (including the Oracle Redwood design system) with consistency and precision.
  • Collaborate with designers, strategists, analytics teams, and leadership to shape narratives and presentation structure.
  • Support a variety of deliverables including:
    • Slide decks and executive presentations
    • Interactive presentations
    • Product/interface flows
    • Infographics and static illustrations
    • 2D animations and short-form videos
    • Capture and edit lightweight video content to support storytelling when needed
  • Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and evolving business needs.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $68,300 to $141,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
