ARMStrong Insurance Services is seeking a Premium Auditor to perform premium audits, assess records and classifications, and communicate findings to insureds. The role involves multi-state audits, strong Excel use, and adherence to scheduling protocols.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years premium auditing experience, with physical audit experience preferred.
• Experience with auditing WC, GL and GARL policies.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret financial documents.
• Moderate proficiency using Excel, including pivot tables, AutoSum, basic formulas, formatting, etc.
• Ability to handle larger, more complex audits with multiple record systems and locations, coordinating with stakeholders.
• Organized and efficient, able to follow strict scheduling protocols.
• Preference for WC audits in CA, PA, DE or NY.
• RFC and critical error rates within current auditor bandwidth.
• Strong communication with external and internal customers; professional representation.

Responsibilities

• Handle premium audits for dedicated AAD customers.
• Prepare for the audit by identifying necessary information and records.
• Prepare schedule to maximize time usage.
• Correspond with insured via phone, email and mail to set up audit appointments and request records.
• Examine policyholder records to determine correct classifications and describe operations.
• Prepare complete audit document and explain results to insured.
• Meet minimum billable requirements.
