Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking a Senior Preconstruction Leader to oversee cost strategy, conceptual planning, design-phase evaluation, and risk identification on large projects. You will coordinate with clients, designers, and DPR leaders to ensure deliverables are complete, accurate, and aligned with objectives.

You will provide technical leadership to the preconstruction team, promote consistent processes, and support transition into execution, with opportunities to lead across multiple pursuits

Qualifications

• Requires leadership experience in preconstruction and strong project coordination skills.
• Experience guiding cost strategy, early risk identification, and constructability assessments.
• Ability to interact with clients, designers, trade partners, and executives to align objectives.

Responsibilities

• Leads preconstruction planning, coordination, and delivery for large projects across a program.
• Guides evaluation of strategies, constructability, system options, and early risk drivers.
• Reviews major estimates, logistics strategies, and value analysis for high risk pursuits.
• Builds senior-level relationships with clients, design teams, and partners for informed decision-making.
