Qualifications

• 5+ years of estimating, cost control or preconstruction related experience on mid-size to large projects.
• Proficiency in quantity take-offs, cost modeling, subcontractor/vendor solicitation, bid evaluation, and contract review.
• Familiarity with estimating tools.

Responsibilities

• Review drawings, specifications, proposals and other project documentation to develop accurate cost estimates.
• Lead or participate in estimating meetings with subcontractors and internal teams.
• Monitor and compare estimated costs with actual costs.
