TOMZ is seeking an experienced machinist to set up Swiss lathes and multi‑axis CNCs for precision medical device components. You will own setup, tooling changes, and steady‑state production while maintaining rigorous documentation and traceability.

Ideal candidates have regulated manufacturing experience, GD&T proficiency, and the ability to lead problem‑solving with limited guidance. This role requires strict PPE adherence and collaboration with QA and R&D teams.

Qualifications

• Strong GD&T understanding and precision measurement
• Proficient in tool offsets, changes, and job stabilization
• Familiar with ISO 13485 documentation and traceability
• Advanced experience with multi‑axis CNC setups

Responsabilités

• Swiss and multi‑axis CNC setup, operation, and production
• Offsets and tooling changes to maximize throughput and quality
• Inspection and documentation per internal standards and ISO 13485
• Preventive maintenance and equipment care
• Material control with full traceability and ERP/QMS input
• Collaborate with R&D, Manufacturing, and QA teams
