Job summary

Tindall Corporation, a leading precast concrete manufacturer, is seeking a seasoned professional to own product lines from concept through production, shipment, and continuous improvement. You will partner with Engineering to embed manufacturability, optimize forms and reinforcement, and balance custom needs with standardized practices to boost throughput and value.

The role requires a strong foundation in precast manufacturing, DFM, Lean methods, and cross-functional leadership across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, Manufacturing Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in precast concrete, structural concrete, or construction manufacturing.
• Thorough understanding of precast concrete manufacturing, reinforcement detailing, formwork systems, production planning, and construction practices.
• Experience working with Engineering, Estimating, Production, Purchasing, Operations, and Sales in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of design for manufacturability (DFM), Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, and product standardization.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, structural details, specifications, and manufacturing documentation.
• Excellent project management, analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Own precast product lines from concept to manufacturing and shipment.
• Collaborate with Engineering to ensure manufacturing-friendly designs.
• Balance standardization with custom project requirements to improve throughput.
• Lead initiatives to optimize reinforcement designs and formwork systems.
• Benchmark and implement cost-effective materials and processes.
